This last fruit salad in the series was my favorite. I sat down to try a few bites of it and ended up eating the whole thing! It’s super-decadent and addictive.
-1 cup chopped and pitted cherries
-1 pitted and chopped peach
-1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
-1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
-1 tbs. honey
-1 heaping tsp. fresh-shaved ginger
Again, the directions are simple: mix well and enjoy! Makes two servings.
