Baked Pears with Lavender, Lemon, and Honey Glaze

  • 2 ripe pears (I used Bartlett pears.)
  • 1 tbs. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbs. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. organic, culinary-grade lavendar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice pears in half lengthwise and cut out the middle areas that contain the seeds.
  3. Arrange halves in a baking dish, cut side up, and drizzle evenly with the lemon juice, honey, and lavender.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until pears are soft and fully cooked through.
